At minimum our collections come with a highlight film, the ceremony & speeches, and 2 videographers (Evan and I) typically for 6 - 9 hours! I've just always felt if you're hiring someone to capture the day getting the footage of the main two parts (ceremony + speeches) should come naturally. That's why they're both included in our base package.
Not having toasts or maybe already had a ceremony? Don't worry, we customize the collections to what you'd actually need.

BVT Visuals' highlight films range in length from 4 - 12 minutes. Other full films in the collections would be a ceremony film, speech film - or my favorite - a reception film, which includes all of the traditional events during the reception! We also offer add-ons like a full wedding day film ranging from 20-30 minutes, Super 8mm film, and rehearsal dinner coverage to capture the more candid moments. Just to name a few.

What do we get with BVT Visuals as our videographer?

Everything! We film as if you’re getting it all just in case down the road you decide you actually do want it all.

What do you film?

The highlight usually takes 6-8 weeks depending on the month/season. For example, October is usually our busiest with sometimes 8 or 9 weddings - so it will take a little longer during months like that. If you're getting a teaser film, I like to finish those within the first week of you being married so you have something to get stoked about and share with everyone! The rest of your collection depends on which films you get, but I’ve never taken longer than 3-4 months (knock on wood) to deliver full galleries!

How long will it take to get our film(s)?

I get this question a ton actually. Good news, we film everything as if you’re getting everything! We also keep your raw footage for at least a year so if you decide you want more down the road, or want to surprise your hunny on your anniversary with a new film, we've got ya covered!

What if we decide we want to upgrade our package, add on a speech film or get a longer highlight film?

I use licensed music so that there’s no copyright issues. I pick the song(s) based on how your day went and whatever matches the mood best. My couples are always more than welcome to share music with me that they like so I can find a similar vibe, or if you have the budget we can pay for a license for someone like Dan & Shay, or Ed Sheeran, or Snoop Dogg! If you know, you're into that.

How do you pick the music?

Two! Myself (obviously) and Evan. I brought him on 8 years ago as a second videographer and now he's full time. So he knows everything I need. He's also a good stress reliever. Having two videographers helps get more angles of everything and capture two different things at once.

How many videographers?
